• Location Information: Real-time GPS location data obtained only with user authorization during clock-in activities, for the purpose of verifying attendance locations. Location information is requested only at the moment of clock-in and is not collected or tracked continuously in the background.

The Application does not actively collect the following types of personally identifiable information within the app: name, ID/passport number, email address, phone number, residential address, bank account information, etc. Such personal information is obtained and managed through other lawful channels operated by the Company.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the functionalities of this Application, including clock-in and related HR services;
• To enhance the performance and optimize the user experience of this Application;
